Our Caregivers
At RightCare, our caregivers undergo rigorous screening, training, and assessments to ensure our clients receive the highest standard of care. Before being employed, all staff members undergo a comprehensive background check that includes criminal background screening, DMV violation records, and verification of drug and sex offender status. This thorough screening procedure greatly aides the safety and well-being of our clients.
Our Training
We ensure our staff is updated with the latest caregiver training. This includes professional education in areas such as home safety, meal preparation, Alzheimer’s care and HIPAA compliance.
We Take Care of All Taxes & Insurance
We employ all of our caregivers so clients never have to worry about federal and state taxes, Worker’s Compensation and liability insurance.
