The Adult Family Living (AFL) Program empowers families to provide care for their loved ones — right at home. This Medicaid-supported program allows family members or trusted friends to receive financial compensation for providing daily assistance to elderly or disabled adults.

How the AFL Program Works

Under the AFL program, a family member or friend who lives with and regularly assists the individual in need is paid for this caregiving efforts. RightCare is authorized to provide the oversight and administrative support needed to participate in the Adult Family Living program. RightCare has the necessary expertise to ensure compliance with Medicaid guidelines.
